The contract to acquire Adams County data and process data deliverables was terminated by IDOT before complettion. An initital review of the delivery of Adams County data shows the following: 325 GB of information, consisting of 22,058 files in 18 folders. There is an index shapefile: there are 6,426 grid cells. There are classified .las files: there are 6,426 las files. Three are three regional sub-directories each containing sub-sub directories for: dat, dgn, tin (see screenshot). While .las files exist for the entire county, supplemetal data do not. Supplemental data index shows all tiles accounted for in northern region Supplemental data index shows most tiles accounted for in central region missing along county boundary along river and along county boundary to west extra data files exist pertaining to this region, suggesting majority of derivative processing Supplemental data index shows many tiles missing in southern region 1,200+ files for data tiles missing, does not extend to county boundary. Additionally, duplicate supplemental data overlap for 1 row of tiles between the north and central region and also between the central and southern region. There are no reports, metadata, specification, etc. documents at all. - S. Beaverson, Nov. 2, 2011
